I like both, if i hunt in bad weather and use T=7 I like the full plastic jacket because it seals and keeps the water out of your breech plug. If I am hunting in dry weather and in a location where there is not a lot of rain, and I want to use Blackhorn 209 then I prefer a bare primer.Both have their place in the market. good luck
