Its either they use Printshop or they have gone into the files of prophunt and changed the default skin. You cannot change the dr.Kleiner model as a prop, but depending on server, there may be point shop that you can open by f3 or f4 I think. You can also press F1 or F2 there may be info or something idunno/remember.
