They hook you with the 19 dollars first clean, but do not tell you up front that you are charged a minimum 6 month membership fee once you agree to the first cleaning. Once you get through the 19 dollar sales hook, you get to pay 30 an hour, plus the membership fee. First it started with how they "ranked" you amongst other cleaners. Basically depending on how quickly you claimed jobs, the number of star reviews you had, and the number of repeat clients you had would all be a factor of your ranking.
