Took it to the range and tried to make it fail. This is really a heck of a gun for $240!!!! As far as Hatfield, I bought a 28ga. just before last dove season. Sent it back to them after only one week of trying to get it even load a shell. Measured the chamber and it was only drilled but not reamed to size. Was -.015" undersize and very rough finish!!!! Please don't purchase an SAS auto.I do not own one, but did a lot of research on them since Walmart has the semi-auto .410 for $249 dollars. I like sub-gauge shotguns. From what I can tell, the 12 and 20ga guns perform decently. The 28 and .410's have pretty bad reviews. Enough so that I didn't get one. Even for $250.
