Cadillac cue not working.

My 2015 XTS CUE SYSTEM is not working either. It seems like Cadillac doesn't care about its customers or fixing this issue. This is very common problem and very expensive to fix. Ever since I've had the CD installed, every now and then the CUE goes black (damn CUE), and I want to reset it and pull the CD player. You may have an issue now if it is obvious you tried to fix it yourself but it is worth a try with the dealer but that torn ribbon cable is probably going to be an issue.
